With over 62,400,000 votes to Barack Obama has done it. After a night of naked, projections, fears and hopes, the long-awaited result has arrived. A new generation has taken its place in the great world power, operating a renovation that something historic, and not just for the color of President Obama.

We know that American society is profoundly different from Europe, let alone from that province. What unites us factor in addition to the master, though, is that desire for change that leads us to live in a society of opportunity, personal freedom, of a generation that believes in a loud voice and deserved to get those spaces within the institutions in the world of work.
Next Sunday we will have this opportunity. We can make our voice heard with our own media, cut an increasingly large segment in society, struggle to make this city and this province a little 'more fit for youth through the creation of a university district, the local and pub, meeting place and civil liberties rather than requiring that trial.
